Happy Tenth

This is actually a thick clear plexiglass license plate cover which I painted on both sides for my wife's car. In New Mexico you are required to display a tag on the rear of the vehicle only allowing people to use the front bumper for decorative purposes. You cannot really see it in this photo but the actual piece is unbelievably three dimensional,the result of first reverse painting on the back[a bit tricky] and the placing the foreground objects on the front of the plexi. I am seriously considering doing a real painting in this manner,gimmicky though it may be.
