They Came From Beyond Infinity

In mulling over the "Multiverse" theories as they presently exist it occurred to me that our own beloved Cosmos may be the product of bits and pieces from numerous other Universes almost in the same way that a living organism derives it's traits from the DNA of at least it's two parent organisms. Such a situation would suggest that Universes may have much in common with the life forms that occur within them or may perhaps even be lifeforms themselves albeit vastly different than any we have yet imagined.
